QB Whitepaper

A complete technical and economic overview of the QBNetworks utility token.

Abstract

QB is a BEP-20 utility token issued by QB Limited on BNB Smart Chain. QB Limited's role is limited to issuing the token and maintaining its smart-contract infrastructure. EUDA Health Holdings Limited independently designs, builds and operates its own ecosystem, programmes, products, services and customer experience using QB.

1. Introduction

QB provides a standard token layer that independent companies may use within their own programmes. It does not represent ownership in QB Limited, EUDA or any other company and does not provide profit-sharing, revenue participation or a guaranteed return.

2. QB Limited and EUDA

QB Limited is the token issuer and smart-contract maintainer. EUDA is an independent ecosystem operator. EUDA alone determines the design and operation of its applications, loyalty rules, member experience, products, services, pricing and redemption terms. QB Limited does not build, operate or control EUDA's ecosystem.

3. Token Supply and EUDA Holding

QB has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. A total of 16,001,316 QB has been released. Of that released supply, 16,000,000 QB is held by EUDA under a commercial arrangement with QB Limited whose commercial terms are not publicly disclosed, and the remaining 1,316 QB is held by QB Limited. The remaining 983,998,684 QB is unreleased and retained by QB Limited.

4. Token Architecture

QB is deployed as a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. Its infrastructure supports standard wallet compatibility, on-chain transfers, supply controls and authorised contract administration. This token infrastructure is separate from the applications and operating systems developed by EUDA or other adopters.

5. Utility in Independent Ecosystems

An independent operator may choose to use QB for access, loyalty, rewards, redemption or other programme functions. The operator, not QB Limited, defines those functions and all customer-facing terms. Holding QB does not create a right to any product, service or benefit unless an independent operator offers that right under its own programme terms.

6. EUDA Ecosystem

EUDA independently develops and operates its ecosystem. Any applications, APIs, member accounts, loyalty logic, wellness offerings, consumer products or redemption experiences associated with EUDA are EUDA responsibilities. QB Limited supplies token and smart-contract infrastructure only.

7. Governance and Responsibilities

QB Limited governs token issuance, the fixed supply ceiling and authorised smart-contract maintenance. EUDA governs its own ecosystem and commercial relationships. Each party is responsible for its own operations, compliance obligations, user communications and contractual commitments.

8. Transfers and Secondary Trading

QB may be transferred on BNB Smart Chain and may be traded on independent third-party venues, including a QB/USDT market where available. QB Limited does not operate those venues, control market prices or guarantee liquidity, availability or token value.

9. Security Considerations

The QB smart contract uses established token controls for authorised administration and supply management. Users and ecosystem operators remain responsible for wallet security, private keys, application security and their own operational controls. Blockchain and smart-contract use carries technical and cybersecurity risks.

11. Risk Disclosure

Digital tokens involve regulatory, market, technology, custody and liquidity risks. Market prices may fluctuate and third-party services may become unavailable. Prospective users should assess applicable laws and obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice where appropriate.

12. Conclusion

QB Limited provides a capped utility token and its smart-contract infrastructure. EUDA independently builds and operates its own ecosystem using QB. This separation of roles is central to the QB model.

QB is a utility token only. No investment. No equity. No profit expectation.
