Supply Policy
The QB Utility Token has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 QB. As of today:
- 16,001,316 QB have been released.
- 16,000,000 QB of the released supply are held by EUDA.
- The remaining 1,316 released QB are held by QB Limited.
- The remaining unreleased QB Utility Tokens are retained by QB Limited.
- No issuer-level vesting schedules have been adopted.
- No scheduled token unlocks have been approved.
- No issuer-level release timetable has been established.
Future releases, if any, will be determined by QB Limited based on token supply and commercial requirements. QB Limited does not operate EUDA's ecosystem.

Each participating platform independently determines how QB Utility Token may be used within its own ecosystem, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

QB and EUDA: Separate Responsibilities
QB Limited issues and maintains QB Utility Token and its underlying smart-contract infrastructure.
EUDA Health Holdings Limited independently designs, builds and operates its own ecosystem, programmes, products, services and customer experience.
EUDA holds 16,000,000 QB acquired under a commercial arrangement with QB Limited. The commercial terms of that arrangement are not publicly disclosed. The remaining 1,316 released QB are held by QB Limited.
Any products or services offered in exchange for QB Utility Tokens are provided solely by the applicable participating company under its own terms and conditions.
QB Limited does not build, operate or control EUDA's ecosystem and does not set its programme rules, pricing, availability, redemption policies or customer terms.
Secondary Trading
QB Utility Tokens may be capable of trading on independent third-party digital asset trading platforms that elect to support the token.
QB Limited does not own or operate any digital asset exchange and does not guarantee liquidity, trading activity or market prices.
