QB Token & EUDA Health Ecosystem Integration
EUDA Health Holdings Limited is an independent company that designs, builds and operates its own ecosystem, programmes, products and services using the QB utility token. QB Limited issues QB and maintains its smart contract. The two companies are separate entities.
What QB Limited does
- Issues the QB utility token on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
- Maintains the QB smart contract and supply controls
- Publishes official token information and contract details
What EUDA does
- Designs, builds and operates its own ecosystem and applications
- Defines its own member programmes, rewards and redemption rules
- Owns its customer experience, products and services
EUDA's QB holding
Disclosed position
EUDA acquired its QB holding under a commercial arrangement with QB Limited. The commercial terms of that arrangement are not publicly disclosed. The remaining released QB and all unreleased QB are retained by QB Limited.
Separate entities
EUDA Health Holdings Limited and QB Limited are independent companies with separate management and operations. Nothing on this page should be read as EUDA operating on behalf of QB Limited, or QB Limited operating EUDA's ecosystem, programmes or services.
Legal position
QB is designed and issued as a utility token. Holding QB confers no equity, ownership, profit-sharing or guaranteed return in QB Limited, EUDA, or any other company, and QB is not offered as an investment product. There is no separate "EUDA token".
